North American Realty of Nevada is a full service residential Property Management Firm in Las Vegas, Nevada.  We opened our doors in early 2004 with four real estate agents and now we boast over 120.  In early 2009 we created our Property Management Division in order to provide property management services to our ever growing client base.  We specialize in residential properties such as single family homes, condos, town homes and multi-family units.

The designated Property Manager for North American Realty of Nevada is Tony Sena.  Tony has been licensed in the State of Nevada since 2001 and has been involved in the property management industry since 2006.  His partner, Dale Jones is also a licensed property manager and he has been licensed since 2003.

Our Property Management Services include the following:

• Marketing on Top Internet Real Estate Websites

• Tenant Screening

• Regular Property Inspections

Our Fees are as follows:

• Management Fee – 8% of Gross Monthly Rent (minimum $80)

• Admin Setup Fee – One time fee of $299

• Tenant Placement Fee – $100

• Referral Fee – $250 paid to referring agent

Additional Costs:

• $250 Reserve Fund (used for AUTHORIZED repairs)
